Return Policy

At Zenntee, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products; however, we understand that a return may sometimes be necessary. Please read our policy below to ensure your request is processed efficiently.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, resalable condition.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

2. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking) to initiate a return. Requests submitted after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or exchange.

3. How to Start a Return

To begin the process, please contact our support team at punkatrea@zenntee.com. Please include the following in your email:

  • Full Name and Order Number (#ZTxxxx).
  • The reason for the return.
  • Clear photos or videos of the item (mandatory if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect).

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–72 business hours with the appropriate return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility (Buyer’s Remorse): If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., “changed mind,” “wrong size ordered,” or “style doesn’t suit me”), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Zenntee Responsibility (Faulty Items): If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Zenntee will cover all return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
  • Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We offer direct exchanges for products that arrive damaged, defective, or do not match your order specifications (wrong size/color/design). Contact us immediately at punkatrea@zenntee.com to arrange a priority replacement.
