Your satisfaction is our priority at Zenntee. While we aim to deliver exceptional quality with every order, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. Please review the following policy carefully to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

1. Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product remains unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and labels are intact.
  • It is returned in the original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria upon inspection.

2. Return Period

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received your package, based on the carrier’s tracking confirmation. Requests made beyond this 30-day window will not be eligible for processing.

3. Initiating a Return Request

To start a return, please contact our customer care team at support@zenntee.com. To speed up the process, please include:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • A brief description of the reason for the return.
  • A photo or video of the item (especially if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect).

Our support team will respond within 24–72 business hours with detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.

4. Return Shipping Guidelines

  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., “changed mind” or “wrong size ordered”), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Zenntee Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item received), Zenntee will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

We gladly offer exchanges for the following reasons:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • The item received is incorrect (wrong design, size, or color) compared to your order.

For exchanges, please email us at support@zenntee.com, and we will prioritize sending you a replacement.
