1. Serviceable Regions
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Please note that we currently do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)
- International locations
2. Order Fulfillment Timeframe
- Standard Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday) after payment confirmation.
- Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
- Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.
Note: During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing time may extend by an additional 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience.
3. Transit Times & Estimates
Once processed, the estimated delivery duration is 2–4 business days.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 3–6 business days. Actual delivery time may vary due to:
- Recipient location (rural vs. metropolitan areas)
- Inclement weather or carrier service disruptions
